HIquality Identify Germany
Since 2005, knowlegde updates are available on a regular basis,
approximately every three months. These updates are available for
HIquality Identify 4.3.0 and newer versions.
For HIquality Identify 4.5.0 and newer:
For HIquality Identify 4.4.x and older:
Examples of new items that have been added to the knowledge can
be found in the version.txt contained in your download.
Remarks
- When you use FTP to transfer the knowledge update to your
server, you have to transfer the update in binary
mode!
- With the introduction of HIquality Name 3.6.4, HIquality Name
4.4.3 and HIquality Identify 4.5.5 we splitted the knowlegde
database for these products. When you are using both HIquality Name
and HIquality Identify, you now have to download 2
knowledge updates. When you using older versions of
HIquality Name and HIquality Identify, only download one knowledge
update, because these products both use the same knowledge
database.
- Please refer to the installation guide for more information on
the installation of the knowledge updates.
- Please contact the helpdesk about missing first names, surnames
etc., so we can update our knowledge as soon as possible.
